Karissa
Be organized is a locally owned small business that started in 2020 as Black Bee Systems. Over the years, Karissa has assisted many clients with taking their spaces from chaos to calm. Karissa has always felt that a calm space breeds a calm mind. She believes that when our minds are calm, we are better able to spend time doing the things that actually matter. Karissa is incredibly excited to have Virginia new to her team!
Virginia
Virginia has always loved design and architecture, and organizing the spaces around her. From a young age, Virginia felt compelled to organize everything around her - from toys to books, and even the furniture in her bedroom. Organizing brought her a sense of calm to what felt like constant chaos. At 37-years-old Virginia was diagnosed with ADHD, and suddenly everything made sense. With her diagnosis Virginia realised her natural pull to organize was a way of coping with her beautifully neurodivergent brain.
